Membership Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a playlabs® Plus or Pro Plus membership you are bound by and agree to the following:

Purchase, Renewal, and Cancellation of Memberships

• Memberships 1-month in length with no term commitment.
• Memberships auto-renew on the original purchase date every month using the payment
  method on file.
• Purchasing a playlabs® membership instantly grants the user all benefits of the selected
  membership in addition to any future benefits added to the selected tier as long as the
  membership persists.
• Cancellation:
  • If the purchaser wishes to cancel a membership, they must do so before the renewal date.
  • Cancelled memberships last until the current term ends.
• Upgrades/Downgrades:
• • Membership upgrades (pro to plus) or downgrades (plus to pro) go into effect at the beginning of the next renewal period.
  • Pricing changes will go into effect at the beginning of the next renewal period and will not begin or end prior.
  • If a member wishes to upgrade in the middle of a payment period, they must first cancel their existing membership and then purchase the desired tier at full price.

Usage of Unlimited Time Benefit

• Unlimited time is subject to availability.
• Purchasers must book any available time through the playlabs® booking system.
  • Login to your playlabs® account (may be different from ggLeap) at https://playlabs.gg/booking.
• Usage of unlimited time is limited to the person named on the playlabs® account that the membership is tied to. No one else may use the account.
  • Account sharing will result in the immediate termination of the membership without refund and the subsequent ban of the person named on the account and the person attempting to fraudulently use the account.

Usage of Bring a Friend Passes

• Bring a Friend Passes may be used during any available flex time to allow the membership owner to bring a person (aged 13 or older) to playlabs® for ONE free hour of play.
  • This person must be new to playlabs® and not have an account with us.
  • This person does not need to book online. However, the member must still book in
    accordance with the above policy.
    • The person or guest playing is subject to PC availability.

Usage of Free Tournament Entries

• The membership owner may join a playlabs® sanctioned tournament by signing up online and using their free tournament code.
  • The tournament must occur in the month the membership is active.
  • This benefit is subject to availability.
• Third party tournaments may not be joined using this benefit.
• Unused entries DO NOT roll over to the next month.
• If a member joins a tournament and cancels their membership, they will be removed from the tournament.

Usage of Free Classes

• The membership owner may join a playlabs® class listed by signing up online and using their free class code.
  • Joining a class is subject to available slots in a class and must occur in the month the membership is active.
  • Camps and Partner events listed on the website are exempt from this benefit as they are not classes.
• Unused classes DO NOT roll over to the next month.
• If a member signs up for a class and cancels their membership, they will be removed from the class.
